[Versatility] is an advantage posessed only by [Human] [Adept]s.  It costs 20 [Points] and allows the character to learn *any* Talent, regardless of what Discipline he is.  It should probably also provide a bonus for [Formalizing Talents] --- perhaps one per Versatile Talent he knows?
