Yeah...yeah....yeah. So you want to know about me, do you? Well, I was born in Caer Camrish. Hiding in a hole in the ground.....pfft. Now that's boring. Thirty years is more than enough time for me to read all of the interesting books that they had. Even a few that I wasn't supposed to read. I felt like my wings would wither and fall off, somebody finally came to their sense. Actually, a group of people brought them to their senses. I wanted to thank them for giving the old geezers a kick in the breeches. I did notice that they had another windling with them. The tavern gossip said that her name was Joan. When we all left the caer, I started living in Newtowne with all of the other windlings. That wasn't much better than when I was in the caer. There wasn't any adventure or excitement, and the people really hindered my attempt stoke fires. I still don't see what was wrong with starting a few fires. It's not like they were in a house or a store. It was so fun when I flew over the city scattering a bag full of quick growing vine seeds. The look on peoples' faces was the sight of a lifetime. Unfortunately, they had no sense of humor. They were going to make me go around and cut all of the vines down. Like they could get me to do something like that. I left those bastards in the dust and flew off. Next, I rode the winds into Camrish. Ah.....Camrish. If you thought that Newtowne was stifling my creativity, then Camrish was attempting to squish it beneath its rancid smelling feet. When I voiced my opinions (or appeared for that matter), some the populace tried to do the same to me. After the first attempt at that, it became obvious that I needed to cut them down to size. The next time that one of those orcs started to chase me, I led him to a nice little spot, where he promptly fell into my pitfall. Since I had his attention, we had a nice long talk during which I explained my disapproval of his behavior. His replies were rather unpleasant, so I left him to reflect on his actions. That ungrateful bastard had the nerve to gather all of his friends on the next day and try to chase me down during a storm. I didn't want to deal with all of that hostility, so I feigned being swept away by the storm. Fehhh.....and it had only been a couple of week since I left Caer Camrish. After that, I spent some time meandering over the land. I spent most of my time trying to do some of those cool things I had read about back in Caer Camrish. I want to be like one of those cool elementalists that I had read about. For a year, I wandered through the lands trying to learn more about the natural world that is composed of the elements. That was the hardest that I had ever worked. Then one day I spotted a weird, old elf walking through the woods. He looked interesting, so I decided to follow him for a while. I spent a whole day following him and the geezer never noticed me....or so I thought. That night he gathered a small pile wood to start a fire. Then, he suddenly waved his hands and the wood on the ground split in half, as flames leaped from within the wood. Before I could contain my excitement, I heard his voice ask me to come sit near the fire. I looked towards him, but he hadn't moved, so I didn't move. Then, he turned around and said, "Must I ask you to join me by the fire?" Apparently, he had known that I was there for the entire time. After that night, I wound up journeying with him for quite a while. He began to teach me about the elements had how they interact. To understand the world, it is necessary to first examine that which is necessary for the continuation of existence, and then derive a conclusion from that knowledge. The whole is equal to the some of the parts, but most people fail to recognize all of the component factors. We journeyed together for over a year, as he taught me greater amounts of magic and better control of my spirit. He must have been about two hundred years old. He seemed to know the answer to everything, even though he sometimes made me find the answer by myself. He never did tell me his name though. He constantly scolded me for my lackadaisical attitude and tendency to let my curiosity get the better of me. Then one morning I wandered off to explore the area. I got lost. The area was interesting so I didn’t care much, or even notice to begin with. The terrain was a mountain side, which was rising up to a plateau. (I lost track of time as well.) When I reached the top of the plateau I found that a gathering point for the winds on the windward side of the mountain. There was strange building standing alone on the plateau. It was just asking to be explored. (Figuratively…as far as I know.) When I went inside I could feel the magical force dwelling within. I remembered that the old elf had told me about places like this one. He called it a manse. This was a chance that I immediately took. Began meditating, and trying to attune myself to the manse. It took several days worth of attempts, but I eventually attuned myself to the manse and received the hearthstone that grew within. I may be impetuous, but I did remember that the old elf said that a hearthstones power is dependent upon its manse. Then, I did my best to summon forth an elemental to guard the manse. I managed to call forth a zephyr and bind it. I didn’t leave it as such though. I struck a deal with the zephyr, in which I would unbind it and it would remain at the manse as a sentinel. It would benefit from the magical energies that gather at the manse, and I promised to return periodically check on the surrounding situation. Unfortunately, it was a caravan of slavers. I put up the best fight I could, but eventually I was incapacitated. I think that I was with the slavers for several weeks, but I was unconscious for several days at least as I recovered from my injuries. Eventually, they brought the caravan to Traver, where all of the slaves were to be auctioned. In the end, I was purchased by the elementalist guild. To my surprise, when I was delivered to the guild, I met the old, elven elementalist. He was a member of the guild. The other members called him Tsukasa. That was the first time that I heard his name. Since then, I've been working for the guild. One of the many tasks that I've undertaken is attend the slavers auctions with Tsukasa, in order, to watch for others with potential. That's where I saw Gilad. I went to ask him if Joan was with him, but he said that she had fallen to a horror. Nevertheless, I spent quite some time talking to Gilad.
