Jesper is a Name for one of the Dwarven leaders.  Jesper is the one
who *actually* makes all the decisions which the Council approves.

Only in general -- from reading some books "lost" from the Library,
listening to the crystals which live in these caverns, and filling in
the rest with guesswork.

Certainly.  There's a map in the Council building.  But no Ork is ever
going to be allowed near it, so there's no way for me to get a look at
it.  

I'm even fairly certain *where* it is -- but if one of my legates were
found up there, all of my people would suffer.
