We actually have two magic systems: one for the BostonSetting and one for the CamrishSetting. [Boston] uses the new IntuitiveMagic mechanic. [Camrish] uses the ThreadWeavingMagic mechanic. Please feel free to pull spells out of GURPS Magic, GURPS Grimoire, Earthdawn, Earthdawn Companion, Earthdawn Magic: A Manual of Mystic Secrets. If you want spells out of the CodexArcanum, please let me know. I'm starting work on a SpellDesign system; please don't expect it to work in-game, but go ahead and try to break it. Players may note that occasionally there are deviations from these systems in special cases. Don't assume you understand another's magic or mechanic.
Boston used to use the RitualPsychicMagic mechanic, but doesn't any more, having switched to IntuitiveMagic.
