When you learn a new [Talent], you need to spend 4 [Points] and you get the [Talent] at [Rank] 1.

You can learn talents from a [Master], or anyone with [Threadweaving]

Er.  The above isn't quite true.  A character can learn a new [Talent] either by [Formalizing a Talent] or by being taught.  The party doesn't, in general, know the [Teaching Talents] mechanic at this time.

And it is possible to learn a [Talent] at ranks less than 1 --- [Talents] are priced exactly as Mental/Hard skills. --bts
