Karma is some cross between luck and magic energy. It may have a relationship with [Strain], it may also have a relationship with [Primal Energy]... then again it may not. Karma exists in points. Each point has a value associated with it, typicaly ranging from 1 to 6. Karma may be spent to activate some [Talents], when [Improvising Talents], to counter [Taint] when it is received (on a point for point basis), and to improve the chance of success when using a [Talent] in a [Discipline] appropriate manner. If you wish to spend Karma for success when using a [Talent] you must * Figure out if you are using the Talent in a [Discipline] appropriate manner. * Announce you are spending Karma * Remove one point of Karma from your [Karma Pool] and place one die on the table with the value of the Karma point that you removed from the [Karma Pool]. * Roll 2[D6] and add the value of the die you placed on the table to generate the roll for the use of the [Talent] that you spent the Karma on.
