* Use a [Talent] that you already know OnScreen.

* [Meditate] for 8 hours on the [Talent] and spend 4 Legend points([LP]) (at least for low [Circle] [Talents]).

(The meditation counts as 4 hours of sleep.)

* Spend LP or CP:  You may spend [CP] to buy a [Rank] in a [Talent] only if you do not have enough LP to buy a full [Rank].  You still must  spend at least one [LP] on buying the new [Rank].

* Once you successfully meditate and spend the required points, increase your [Rank] in the [Talent] by +1.
