Tranformed Insects are kind of neat as bases. The creature schticks Tiny and Wings might be good, but base the move of wings off something other than Creature Powers (what is creature powers based on? Attunement?), and the pulp schtick Blunder About seems awfully appropriate, as, oddly enough, does the pulp limitation Kid (not taken seriously, too small for adult gear, max body 4, being like a kid). Giving the ability to learn appropriate tranformed animal schticks is kind of pumped, but also seems appropriate. Total speculation here, but...Body -3 (move +1), Karma +1, Reflexes +1, creature schtick Tiny, creature schtick Flight (x2, below), Astral Sight, pulp limitation Kid (under a different name), a limitation based on the fact that you need mana to breathe, and pick one "windling appropriate" schtick, probably from Tranformed Animals. Worth about 4 schticks, but very eyeballed. Tiny causes ranged attackers to take a -3 to hit you. You don't nec. sneak any better, but you get noticed closer to your target. You're also, well, really small, with all the perks and problems associated. Flight gives you windling-able flight, good maneuverability in the air, hovering, etc, based on move. Taking this again gives you a flying move equal to your move times the number of picks. Three is probably the max number of picks for this, and it probably requires supernatural explination, or low body and high reflexes. The effect of taking this multiple times is my own extension. --zebediah Creature Powers is based off of Karma. Most weirdshit has intuitive magic of some sort. I like your Windling in general.
