Hmm...for an elf, what about +1 Reflexes, +1 Mind, -1 Body, Nightvision, Good Looks, and the Metahuman handicap.  That's about +2 schticks, +3 in Camrish.

For an extra schtick's worth, either eliminate the penalty to body, or give a "long life" schtick, which gives an extended lifespan, and three +1's to put into info skill(s) (or a +1 to the Scholar skill, if it exists) to represent the things picked up in a lengthy lifetime.
