It takes 3 minutes to attune yourself to a person, and the attunement lasts for a year and a day.
You can attune yourself to one person per rank in the [Talent]

To use you roll (IQ?  Charisma?) plus Empathic Sense vs the SpellDefense of the attuned character.  You get a vague sense of the location of an attuned character, within a 90* arc, but it does not reveal distance.

Effective up to a range of miles equal to the character's Empathic Sense Rank.
