This advantage costs 10 points per level. More than two levels requires GM approval, which isn't likely to happen. Each level gives a +1 bonus to skill use in circumstances where rote memory is useful. The first level gives a very good memory: the character can perfectly remember anything he consciously noticed, and gets an IQ roll to remember anything else. The second level gives an unrealistically perfect memory: the character can perfectly remember anything his senses picked up.
