I'd suggest borrowing a copy of Justin's or my "Shadowtech" book from the old Shadowrun to find out schtick and special effects for much of this: * [OrthoSkin]: DR 15, Flex 5, -3 to sense of touch. 8*15-3 = 117 points * [Neural HUD] (SmartLink): Reduces snapshot penalty by 6 when jacked into a weapon. What this means is that firing a rifle without aiming, or taking ridiculous shots with a pistol without aiming, is much easier. *Also* gives you a +2 to hit with any gun that's jacked in. There's a Wiki node. 10 points each, you have two. * [Neural Augmentation]: Increased Speed +3 (adds to Speed for initiative purposes, but doesn't add to Move at all. Gives you Total Klutz unless you regularly use your inhaler. An inhaler is good for a month. There's a Wiki node. 60 points (75*80% for the Klutz thing) * Wired Reflexes 3 ([Accelerated Reflexes] on the Wiki): you can spend up to 3 points of strain each second. Each point gives you +1 to Active Defenses, +2 to Fast-Draw, and 1 extra maneuver for that turn. 75 points per level, so 225 total * [BoneLacing] (Plastic): Gives you an extra point of Tuffness and makes your bones unbreakable under normal stresses. A car-crusher could still break them, but they won't break from a terminal-velocity fall or anything you can do with muscle strength. Adds 25 pounds to weight. So that's 7 points (bone-breaking is a special effect, so it's free) but might come with a disad involving heavier natural encumbrance if those 25 lbs. push you over the edge. * [MuscleReplacement] 5 (not muscle augmentation) +5 to ST, will break bones unless they're laced. Adds 187.5 pounds to your weight (going from ST 10 to ST 15) 60 points. You might actually have [MuscleAugmentation] 5, which gives you +5 to ST at a rather lower weight-to-strength ratio, and so would probably put you at negative encumbrance some of the time -- it would only add 75 pounds to your weight instead of 187.5, but would cost 60 points plus the cost of the negative encumbrance you ended up at. Looks like 489 total, plus encumbrance mods. You list Neg 4 encumbrance on your charsheet, which is another 65 points.
