In theme, this should stay close to what Shadowrun made available. Don't worry about finding rules for objects --- just grab them out of Shadowtech, the Street Samurai Catalog, etc. I don't promise to support Cybertech or Man and Machine. Most of what's in GURPS Cyberpunk and the Ultra-Tech books is available, but some of it will need editing. This setting is TL9 for most things, early TL9 for Artificial Intelligence, and TL 14 for Biology. So bioware from up to TL 14 is sometimes available. Make sure that it only needs TL 14 Bio, not also TL 14 physics. So bone lacing is available, but not hyperdense bones (hyperdense structures aren't developed until TL 11). In general, in this game, you pay only cash for cyber, no points.
