Deep Pockets allows a character to carry more stuff than he otherwise could have in a bag, satchel, or pockets. Each level of Deep Pockets increases the character's effective load ST by 1, but only after body weight. In addition, things carried by a Character may be kept in his Deep Pockets, effectively vanishing into a cloak or satchel even if they couldn't have fit in there realistically. This allows the character to do such things as pull a dozen swords, a brooch, a forge, and a barrel of gunpowder out of his side poutch with enough ranks. Deep Pockets may not be used to conceal readied items, or living things. No hiding the party in your back pocket! Things kept in Deep Pockets do not dissapear. It is still obvious that one is carrying stuff...just not quite how much. Deep Pockets does not help to conceal items from people searching you. If the bag, satchel, or cloak containing the items is given to another person, it retains the weight and size it had when being carried by the character, meaning that it may very well be quite dense, and suprise the reciever. Anyone may pull items out of Deep Pockets, but putting them back in requires the tallent. If far from someone with the tallent for long, the material of the bag may burst from the weight inside it.
